用示差热分析(DTA)和X射线衍射(XRD)方法测定Na_2O—Ga_2O_3(>50mol％Ga_2O_3)系相平衡图结果表明,该二元系中有Na_2OGa_2O_3,2Na_2O 3Ga_2O_3,Na_2O 3Ga_2O_3和Na_2O 5Ga_2O_3四个中间化合物2Na_2O 3Ga_2O_3在温度高于976±8℃时分解为Na_2O Ga_2O_3和Na_2O 3Ga_2O_3 Na_2O Ga_2O_3,Na_2O 3Ga_2O_3和Na_2O 5Ga_2O_3均为异分熔化化合物,其熔化分解温度分别为1382±1℃,1285±5℃和1417±4℃给出了新发现的化合物2Na_2O·3Ga_2O_3和Na_2O_3 Ga_2O_3的X射线衍射特征数据

借助DTA研究了LaCl_3-MgCl_2-LiCl三元体系的液相限,发现本体系内有对应于LaCl_3和α-固溶体(MgCl_2,LiCl)的两个液相面,一条二次结晶线和它的一个最低点M(63.8wt-％LaCl_3,2.0wt-％MgCl_2,34.2wt-％LiCl;492℃),结合液相限的测定,初步探讨了LnCl_3-MgCl_2-LiCl体系(Ln=La,Ce,Pr及Nd)相图中的某些变化规律。

本文用X射线衍射法对Cu-Dy-Ni(Dy≤35wt-％)三元合金系相图的室温截面作了测定。结果如下:它有4个单相区(α,Dy_2Ni_(17),DyNi_5和DyCu_5);5个两相区(α+Dy_2Ni_(17),Dy_2Ni_(17)+DyNi_5,DyCu_5+DyNi_5,α+DyNi_5和DyCu_5+α);和两个三相区(α+Dy_2Ni_(17)+DyNi_5和α+DyNi_5+DyCu_5)。没有发现新相。Dy在α相中的最大固溶度约为2wt-％Dy。

采用X射线衍射,示差热分析和金相等方法研究了Nd-Pd系相图中含0—50at-％Nd的区域。发现在该区域内存在6个金属间化合物:NdPd_5,NdPd_3,NdPd_2,Nd_2Pd_3,Nd_1Pd_5和NdPd。其中,NdPd_3,Nd_4Pd_5和NdPd是固液共熔化合物。还测出NdPd_5为SmPt_5型结构,NdPd_?为AuCu_3型结构,低于708±4℃的NdPd为CrB型结构。在该区域内共有3个共晶反应和3个包晶反应。

本文利用差热分析方法研究了NdCl_3-LiCl-KCl三元体系相图.发现它有对应NdCl_3,LiCl,KCl,γ-3KCl·NdCl_3,β-3KCl·NdCl_3,2KCl·NdCl_3的六个液相面,十一条二次结晶线,两个三元低共熔点E_1(70.5wt-％NdCl_3,8.0wt-％KCl,360℃),E_2(5.0wt-％NdCl_3,53.0wt-％KCl,355℃),一个三元转熔点P(67.0wt-％NdCl_3,10.0wt-％KCl,375℃).同时发现NdCl_3-KCl二元相图不同于文献〔1〕,3KCl·NdCl_3有两个晶型转变温度:355和450℃.

Thermodynamic assessment of Ti-Co-Cu ternary system has been carried out by combining first-principle calculation and CALPHAD method. Firstly, formation enthalpies of stable and hypothesized compounds were calculated by first-principles method. Then, based on reported experimental information, a thermodynamic description of the Ti-Co-Cu ternary system was performed. Solution phases were treated as substitutional solutions of which excess Gibbs energies were formulated by Redlich-Kister polynomial, and the intermediate phases were described with sublattice models. All measured isothermal sections were reasonably reproduced. In addition, liquidus projection of this ternary system was further calculated, which may be useful for relevant materials processing.

The phase diagrams of molten salt systems KF-LiCI-BaCl_2 and LiCI-LiF-BaCl_2 have been determined by visual polythermal method.The relationship between the change of cation radius of monovalent fluoride and the areas of primary crystal region in the phase diagrams is discussed.
